Our Story
New Paths Brant was founded by families and caregivers who understand firsthand the challenges of securing not only long-term housing, but also the coordinated support needed for adults with developmental disabilities to live successfully and independently.
Too many adults with developmental disabilities are forced to rely on aging parents and family caregivers not only for housing, but for essential daily supports, often without a clear long-term plan.
As caregivers age and housing pressures increase, families face growing uncertainty, and individuals face greater risks of instability, isolation, and crisis.
Housing alone is not enough. Support alone is not enough.
Long-term wellbeing requires both — a home and the right supports to live in it successfully.
Recognizing the growing need for proactive housing and support solutions, we came together to help bridge the gap between families, housing providers, support agencies, government, and community partners.
